Metal Enviro Trak-Pan™
The Metal EnviroTrakPan™ from OMNI Rail Products is designed to keep rail operations clean, safe, and environmentally compliant. Built for 90# through 136# rail, it performs reliably on both tangent and curved track.
For specialized applications such as turnouts, narrow gauge, or retrofitting existing fueling facilities, the Metal EnviroTrakPan™ can be customized to fit your needs. The OMNI team provides full consulting, design, and engineering support to ensure the right solution for every project. Optional galvanized or fiberglass anti-slip grating adds an extra layer of safety, creating a secure walkway across the track while maintaining efficient operations. HDPE Enviro TrakPan™
The HDPE EnviroTrakPan from OMNI Rail Products is a cutting-edge railroad spill containment system designed to meet environmental regulations with efficiency and durability. Built from high-density polyethylene with a patented closed drain system, it provides a secure seal between pan and rail, superior spill capacity, and a ribbed design that minimizes residue buildup. Its robust construction offers exceptional resistance to impacts, punctures, UV exposure, and extreme temperatures — ensuring long-term performance in demanding rail environments.
Designed for flexibility and ease of use, the EnviroTrakPan fits 115# rail and larger, works on curved or straight track, and supports both open and closed drain systems. Lightweight and modular, it is easily installed with minimal track preparation, requires no motorized equipment, and can be removed and relocated without causing damage. Safe for workers and cost-effective for operators, it represents the lowest total install cost in the industry while reducing future maintenance needs and minimizing rail downtime.
HDPE EnviroTrakPans can be equipped with galvanized or fiberglass anti-slip grating to provide a safe walkway across the track.
